Popcheff & Dinn is a family law firm with roots in Speedway dating back almost fifty years. We have the experience to meet the needs of our hard-working clients and the compassion to find solutions that work. Sometimes you need a skillful attorney to take your case to trial. Other times you need a thoughtful advocate to broker a compromise. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
1970s
Popcheff & Dinn started as the Popcheff Law Office in the early 1970s when George T. Popcheff opened his law office at 5023 West 16th Street in Speedway. Fifty years after becoming a law office and more than 100 years after being built, the tall, red-brick building with a red tile roof remains one of Speedway’s most memorable buildings. George was well-known in Speedway and the West Side for his civic involvement and legal prowess.
1990s
In the late 1990s as George was planning for retirement, Connie Popcheff, his daughter-in-law, was entering private practice after serving as a Section Chief for the Indiana Attorney General. Connie helped George transition to retirement and immediately began serving the people of Central Indiana at the Popcheff Law Office.
2013
Connie grew the practice and began focusing on family law. In 2013 Connie partnered with her son, Matt Dinn, to form Popcheff & Dinn, LLP. Popcheff & Dinn continues to serve clients from the same office on West 16th Street.
Community Involvement
Popcheff and Dinn is proud to participate in a number of community activities and organizations including Kids’ Voice of Indiana, Speedway Relay for Life, Speedway Chamber of Commerce, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Hendricks County Bar Association.
In addition to our other community activities and involvement, we offer a free lending library with well over 150 books.
